App Support: August Updates

Hey friends!

I hope you are enjoying your summer so far. We have been doing “pool day Sundays” the past few weeks. We don’t have a pool, but we sit outside out back and listen to music, read books and pretend like we relaxing at a pool. It’s been delightful.

Let’s talk about some fun stuff for August though.

Giving Back

We are highlighting one charity or community organization each month to make a donation. We will start sharing more information about the work they are doing and why we think they are awesome. We selected Hope for the Day for July (that link will direct you to our fundraising campaign). We were able to make a donation of $348 for July. How you can get involved:

  • Join us on Saturdays at 12pm for our donation-based workout. Suggested donation is $15 and 100% of that is donated. Click here to register.

  • Learn more about Hope for the Day here.

  • Stop by Sip of Hope after a workout for coffee, it’s just down the street at 3039 W Fullerton Ave.

  • Become a gym member. 10% of our monthly gym memberships are donated to our monthly charity organization.

More details on our August organization will be coming out soon!

August Programs

Gym members. We have new workout programming available. Yay! We recommend following a program for 3-months for maximum benefits. You can view the program options here. If you are working towards Push-ups or Pull-ups there are two new programs you can follows. Check out an example of the Pull-up Program below.
