Welcome to Paramount Personal Training
Since opening our first location in 2013, creating a welcoming, safe, and empowering space has been our driving force. At Paramount, we aim to ensure that every member feels valued and supported. While we've always strived to provide personalized attention, we wanted to offer even more. Too often, our members had to choose between the impersonal experience of large, intimidating gyms or waiting for their next session with us.
Our mission is to change that by empowering you with the confidence and knowledge to work out—whether alongside us or independently.
Keyless Access for Flexibility
As a member, you'll enjoy keyless entry to our gym from 5 AM to 10 PM daily, giving you the freedom to train on your own schedule. With our monthly membership, you'll have access to all of our facilities—including two private shower and restroom areas—while still benefiting from the personalized attention that sets Paramount apart.

Our membership includes a range of classes and personalized workout plans to support every step of your fitness journey:
Custom Workout Plans: Available through our app, these programs are designed to help you reach specific fitness goals. Examples include:
Push-up and Pull-up Progression: Build strength to improve or achieve your first push-up or pull-up.
Fundamentals Plan: Ideal for beginners, this plan focuses on learning proper form and gradually building a safe, effective workout routine.
Paramount Strength: Perfect for those looking to gain strength, improve cardio, and build confidence—without spending hours in the gym.
Each plan includes instructional videos, detailed guidance, and clear rep and round targets.

We’re here to help you achieve your goals safely and efficiently—while keeping you accountable. Whether you're a former athlete who loves to compete but finds yourself getting injured every time you start a new routine, or you're completely new to fitness and don't know where to begin, we’ve got your back.
Our mission is to take the guesswork out of your workouts and save you time. We offer structured programs that teach the fundamentals, improve overall fitness, or help you gain strength. Each week, you'll receive 4-5 expertly designed workouts from our master-level trainers, all of which can be modified to fit your needs. Plus, you’ll have direct access to us through the app to ask questions and get personalized support.
