Powerlifting Program

What is Powerlifting?

  • First thing you should know about powerlifting is that it’s super fun, you will get stronger and feel badass.

  • Second thing is that it’s never too late to start and the earlier you start lifting heavy things the better!

  • Third thing is that powerlifting consists of deadlifts, squats and bench press. The goal is to find the max weight you can lift of those three lifts.

Powerlifting is a competitive sport where you determine your 1-rep max in a contest against other people in a similar category as you (age, weight class, etc). Fun!
