Our Pre and Postnatal Semi-Private Session is designed to support you through this transformative experience while keeping the atmosphere light-hearted, positive, and sprinkled with a touch of feel-good "woo" and silly jokes!

Our trainers have specialized training to ensure that all exercises are safe and appropriate for each stage of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. We also consider any pre-existing conditions or limitations, crafting a gentle yet effective workout tailored to you.

  • Breathing Techniques: Proper breathing is essential for all fitness, but it’s especially important during pregnancy and postpartum. Our classes emphasize breathing techniques that help you stay centered, reduce stress, and connect with your body as it changes.

  • Core Strength: Core muscles provide critical support during pregnancy and beyond. Our workouts safely strengthen the core to alleviate back pain, support posture, and improve overall stability.

  • Pelvic Floor Health: Pelvic floor strength and flexibility are vital for expectant and new parents. Our classes incorporate exercises targeting pelvic floor health, crucial for maintaining bladder control and reducing the risk of pelvic floor disorders.

  • Intentional Movements: Each exercise is thoughtfully selected to meet the unique needs of pre and postnatal women. Our workouts are gentle yet empowering, allowing you to adapt each session to your energy level and comfort on any given day.

Private Sessions

We offer limited 1-on-1 private training sessions with trainers certified in pre and postnatal fitness. For those seeking additional support, please reach out to connect with one of our specialized trainers.

Pre and Postnatal Exercise Classes

Our Pre and Postnatal Exercise Class is designed for all stages, from any trimester through postpartum. Expectant parents and those at least 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks for C-section deliveries) are welcome, with healthcare provider clearance.

Gym Members - Free Pre/Postnatal Exercise Plans

For those who prefer an independent or more flexible schedule, we offer comprehensive workout plans on the Paramount app, covering the second trimester through postpartum. Designed by our certified trainers, each plan includes instructional videos, detailed reps and sets, and alternative exercises if needed. Plus, you’ll receive a complimentary 30-minute strategy session every three months with Alex or Megan to review form, learn new movements, or get answers to your questions.
