Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice from your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. No exceptions.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, it will be considered a late cancellation. You will be marked and charged accordingly.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the system automatically deducting a session from your current package or charging one session to the card on file.

Credits/Refunds
There is no guarantee of any credit or refund.
Full or partial credits/refunds may be granted based on the following criteria:
Client illness (this does not apply to illness of partners, children, or family members).
Trainer discretion if it is the first late cancellation.
