Personal Training Sessions

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice from your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. No exceptions.

  • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, it will be considered a late cancellation. You will be marked and charged accordingly.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the system automatically deducting a session from your current package or charging one session to the card on file.

  • To cancel, please contact your trainer directly or email us at awesomeness@paramountchicago.com.

Credits/Refunds

  • There is no guarantee of any credit or refund.

  • Full or partial credits/refunds may be granted based on the following criteria:

  • Client illness (this does not apply to illness of partners, children, or family members).

  • Trainer discretion if it is the first late cancellation.

  • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 8 hours of the scheduled time, it will be considered a late cancellation. You will be marked and charged accordingly.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the system automatically deducting a session from your current package or charging one session to the card on file.

  • You can cancel directly through the app.
