Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy | 2/1/2026

At Paramount, we know life happens — but we also respect our coaches’ time and the commitment of all clients. To make scheduling fair and sustainable for everyone, we’ve updated our cancellation and no-show policy as follows:

Personal Training Sessions

  • Late Cancellation: If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, you will not lose the session, but a $40 late cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.

  • No-Show: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without canceling, you will lose a session in your package.

Small Group Classes (Semi-Private & Small Group Training)

  • Late Cancellation: If you cancel within the required notice period, you will not lose the session, but a $20 late cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.

  • No-Show: If you do not show up without canceling, you will lose your session from your package and be marked as a no-show.

Group Fitness Classes

(Includes classes offered with gym membership or single-session purchase)

  • Gym Members

    • Late Cancellation or No-Show: A $15 fee will be charged to the card on file

  • Non-Members / Single Session Purchases:

    • Late Cancellation or No-Show: You will lose the session — no refund or transfer.

General Notes

  • All cancellations should be made through our booking system or via the proper app/email instructions provided at the time of booking.

  • Fees are charged automatically to the card on file.

  • Policies are in place to help ensure class spots and trainer time are respected and available to all members.
