Alex’s Story
Alex’s wide-ranging clientele over the years make him the ideal trainer for just about anyone. Currently, he focuses on training older active adults, runners, triathletes, moms (pre- and post-natal), and just about anyone looking to lose weight. His passion for health and fitness coupled with his educational background (BAs in Communications and Psychology from Wheaton College) make him uniquely suited to help clients overcome their personal obstacles and achieve their fitness goals.
