Happy Knees Workshop
This six-week small group workshop is going to be a huge shift in how you think about yourself, your knees and pain. Eric will provide effective tools and exercises to improve how you move which will result in giving you the freedom to move safely, without pain and to plan epic waterfall hikes, tumbling around with grandchildren or dancing at a summer concert.
Who This Program is For
Triumphant Movement | Happy Knees is a specialized six-week workshop for people who have had chronic knee issues or recovering from a recent knee surgery and are cleared from PT.

Prerequisite
Eric will customize the weekly exercises and activities based on your unique history and goals for your future. If you are new to Paramount and working with Eric, we are requiring one private session with Eric prior to joining this course.
You can receive a discounted price of $45 (vs $80) if you are a new client.
Availability to attend the Saturday sessions (because it’s only a 6-week course, there won’t be an opportunity to reschedule any missed sessions.)

Many bouts of physical therapy resulted in temporary relief but there was always a reoccurrence of pain after a few weeks. Program Details

Reframe
This is the key foundation of the Triumphant Movement Course. The research behind pain science has improved dramatically over the past decade and we are still learning more every day. You will relearn how to think about pain and relearn how to treat your body with softness and grace.

Adapt
This course is obviously more than a seminar and you will be taken through movement patterns and exercises to improve how all of your joints and muscles work together. You will work on exercises to improve connections with your central nervous system and your body.

Thrive
The last two weeks of the course will be focuses on more athletic movements. Even if you aren't focused on playing tennis or biking, we make athletic movements all day long. Depending on where you are at, you'll work on landing safely, single leg movement, and more.
