Andres Rondon

Personal Trainer

Andres’ Philosophy

“Clients can expect a trainer thats going to focus on teaching them not only how to execute exercises but also how to properly set realistic and sustainable goals. They can also expect to learn how to better their relationship with food.

I focus on making all of my clients stronger, if you are getting stronger, with the right nutritional approach the body composition will get better on its own.

I try to make all the workouts different, maintaining the core of the workout the same, giving the client the opportunity to always learn something new.

Most of my clients will stay with me for long periods of time, not only because they start feeling better very quick but also because they find a caring and understanding trainer that will do its best to help them reach and maintain their goals without too much trouble.”

Describe your perfect morning

  • My perfect morning is me sleeping in. In more serious note, waking up to a beautiful sunny 70-80 degrees weather, seating in my balcony sipping on my coffee while sunbathing, nice and quiet.
